Services
We provide web design, development, SEO, hosting, and related digital services as described in your signed proposal or SOW.
Payment and minimum terms
Setup fees and billing schedules are stated in the signed proposal. Website, growth, and ecommerce plans currently have a 12-month minimum. Google Business Profile plans have a six-month minimum. Custom and one-time work follows the written scope.
Ownership
You own your website code, content, domain, and accounts. We retain rights to our internal tools, templates, and methodologies.
Warranties
We don't guarantee specific rankings or traffic numbers — nobody can honestly do that. We guarantee our effort, transparency, and measurable reporting.
Liability
Our liability for any single engagement is capped at the amount paid in the preceding 12 months. Standard stuff.
Termination
Termination rights and transition deliverables follow the signed proposal and the minimum term for the selected service.
