What the published price means. Do plans have a minimum term? Website, local growth, and ecommerce plans currently have a 12-month minimum. Google Business Profile plans have a six-month minimum. Custom and one-time work follows the signed proposal.
What is included? Each plan card is generated from the canonical pricing source. The signed proposal confirms the exact deliverables, support, access, responsibilities, and exclusions for your engagement.
Who owns the website and accounts? Customer ownership and access remain clear. The proposal identifies customer-controlled code, content, domain, accounts, and data, along with any licensed or reusable internal components.
What if my project does not fit a plan? Custom ecommerce, inventory, software, integrations, unusual workflows, and one-time repair projects are scoped separately in writing.
