1WebsiteNow has been building business technology since 2003. The exact schedule and deliverables vary by engagement, but the operating expectations below stay consistent.
Discovery and written scope
We walk through the business, customers, constraints, access, existing systems, and goals. The resulting proposal states scope, price, responsibilities, and an expected schedule before implementation begins.
Design and build
Reviewable structure and design work comes before final implementation where the project calls for it. Feedback and approval points are recorded so consequential changes are visible.
Launch planning
The launch plan covers content, access, DNS or hosting changes, redirects, measurement, critical-path checks, and recovery responsibilities appropriate to the project. Risks to the agreed schedule are communicated when they become known.
Ongoing
Your signed proposal states the minimum term, monthly work, reporting, support, and transition responsibilities. Website and growth plans currently have a 12-month minimum.
"No jargon. No mystery. No "we'll get back to you.""
